iPhone / iPad update to iOS4 issue

A software issue is affecting all iPhone and iPad users, causing connection issues to the Exchange servers.

 

The main version affected is 4.0 but the following patch should be applied to version 3 as well.

 

From your device, please open a browser and type in: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3398.

 

Apply the patch in question and restart your device. This will reduce the number of connection requests and will permit your devices to connect to our systems.
